Established in 1978, Community Contacts, Inc. (CCI) is a private, non-profit human service organization helping elderly, economically disadvantaged and disabled individuals and families to continue living safely and independently. It does so through programs that assist with the payment of home energy costs, home repair and rehabilitation and home weatherization.
Last year, Community Contacts, Inc. assisted more than 9000 Illinois families in Kane and DeKalb counties.

Housing Rehabilitation Program (HOME)
Housing Continuum, Inc. (HCI) is a separate private, non-profit organization established in 1997. It is a Certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) which addresses affordable housing in our community by assisting eligible persons with down payment and closing costs, and funding for certain home repairs.
